have fresh fruit and vegetables.
take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day

Hello ma’am See they are not due to C-section or anything that is regularly due to pregnancy and it’s kind of a side-effect after delivery which can happen with anybody in any kind of delivery so for you it would be better to consult a dermatologist for a checkup and a course of medication for the same
