#asktheexpert good morning doctor..can my baby start solids as he is 3 months 26 days old...whenever we are sitting on dinning table he is willing to grab our plate to eat and also making actions.

A. solids baby shpuld start only after completing 6 months ..not before.. it is exclusively breast feeding recommended for 6 months.. then solids take care..
