Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. you have to keep handy few medicines like Paracetamol for fever and colicaid for colic pain and nasal saline drops for nasal blockage cough and cold in small children and antibacterial cream like t-bact
