#AskTheExpert Good Evening Mam, mera name Ramanjot Kaur hai..mera cesearean 3mths pehle hua hai..meri tummy fat ho gayi hai..to iske liye kya karna chaiye.

A. you can do exercises 6 months after surgery Only way to lose excess fat is to do moderate exercises alike brisk walking yoga will help take diet less in fats and carbohydrate lot of green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits

A. c section se hua hai to aap 4-6months pe exercise start kr skte hai.. start with brisk walking or yoga or low intense exercise.. take care of diet. keep your self well hydrated..
