#AskTheExpert good afternoon my son's is always suffering from slight cold and cough...he is not getting completely better...even after taking medicines and by improving diet what to do..

it indicates low immunity or allergical problem.
so please get it checked.
give green veggies , citrus fruits , pulses , dairy products etc more which help in building strong immunity.
keep your child well hydrated
give Tulsi leaves with pinch of salt, Turmeric powder and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning.
give sunbath for 20 minutes a day
