8 AM-Uttapam, porridge
11 AM- fruit bowl, vegetables salad,boiled vegetables
Lunch – Dal rice, khichadi, vegetable fry
4 PM-milkshake, fruit juice, vegetable soup
7 PM-Upma, Idli. In between this you can give liquids like buttermilk, fresh fruit juice, coconut water. Make your own timetable so that you can cover different Veggies, fruits, pulses. Include dry fruits and honey in the diet. You can make dry fruit powder and add to fruit bowl and serve. Always give lukewarm water while feeding anything and after feeding anything.
