#AskTheExpert give suggestions to gain weight for my son sir. He is 1 yr 11 mnth now.

A. hello dear good morning you can improve the weight of the child by adding approve foods like full cream milk milkshake nuts and dried fruits dairy products like paneer is good in the diet add up ghee also in the food give different forms of dals and legumes

A. Hi, since your baby has completed one year you can start giving all type of food. There is no such diet. Example 8 AM-Uttapam, porridge 11 AM- fruit bowl, vegetables salad,boiled vegetables Lunch – Dal rice, khichadi, vegetable fry 4 PM-milkshake, fruit juice, vegetable soup 7 PM-Upma, Idli. In between this you can give liquids like buttermilk, fresh fruit juice, coconut water. Make your own timetable so that you can cover different Veggies, fruits, pulses. Include dry fruits and honey in the diet. You can make dry fruit powder and add to fruit bowl and serve. Always give lukewarm water while feeding anything and after feeding anything. Include buttermilk in every day drink.Write Your Answer Here
