A. Hi, Give rice roti for corbohydrates, pulses eggs soyabean etc for proteins, curd cheese milk khoya etc for Calcium, vegetables soups for other nutrients, nuts like cashew almond pista chuhare etc for good immunity and strength. Give Home made food.
