#asktheexpert Getting pain during in motion time after also getting pain and c-section was happened for me since 4 months ago how can i reduce pain

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 8 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Please increase water intake of yourself. Also take fiber rich food items including fresh fruits and salads and fruits. Please take half spoon of ghee with milk. Also do walk atleast thirty minutes in a day. Avoid maida and oily and outside food items. Thanks and take care
