#AskTheExpert gdeve doctor , my sister hs delivered a baby boy on feb 21 this yr. can she gv him formula milk. bcs the prblm is tht my sister takes psychiatric tablets due to mental issues on guidance of doctor.

A. you can talk to your paediatrician. if medication are not safe for your child.. you can stop giving breastfeed and continue with formula . better talk to your doctor

A. she ws on pyshiatric medications bfr marriage...bt she stopped..bt now aftr pregnancy and marriage mental issues started n its severe..so she again started medications...

A. yes sure you can shift to formula milk. just make sure that the doctor recommends not to give bm. if there are no issues in giving bm then i personally prefer bm over formula. not for the nutritional benefit as such but for the easiness in feeding your child at night and all. it's real suffering to make formula at night.

A. Hi mommy Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
