I could understand your concern. have patience and don't rush. give her banana, egg (yolk specifically), more root vegetables (sweet potatoes, potato), paneer. add ghee/ butter in diet.
Better to consult a pediatrician for diet chart.
keep her active do that she would be hungry. you may ask Dr. for some appetizers.
give her time. things will gradually improve.

To increase the weight of baby include fatty and protein rich foods in diet like potato, rice, pumpkin, sweet potato, rice water, eggs, chicken, fish, legumes, milkshake with dry fruits, banana, avocado and 550 to 650 ml milk daily. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks. Keep her well hydrated with water, fresh juices, buttermilk and coconut water.
