NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. hello you should exclusively breastfeed your baby till the baby compltes 6 months and alternatively if the breastmilk is not sufficient then you can gve infant formula milk and the bm or infant fm itself will contain the required water content and additional water is not required
