#asktheexpert from past one week diyan while pooping he is crying as the stool is hard. we haven't changed food diet or introduced any new food. what might be the reason. any good diet recommended. please let us know.

A. Namaste Mom, How is the fluid intake been of the baby ? as that is very much important, prefer soft consistency foods and not too dry foods as such
