Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. febrex Plus syrups jkm. in monsoon season baby will be having cold and cough frequently due to viral infections sometimes allergies please give steam inhalation frequently and saline drops in the nose of the baby

You can give Calpol to the child for fever and you can actually give Sinarist for a cold to your child that’s going to be helpful because this way your child would be more relaxed and we can go to sleep because cold and fever together could be quiet irritating and that’s normal
