Q.

#AskTheExpert.for weight gain im giving dry fruits like dates almonds cashews pista and walnuts roasted in ghee mixed with ragi like a semi solid paste.Am i giving it in the right form.Did the nutrients get into her in the correct form or should I change the procedure.

A. yes it's a right process. Ghee, yoghurt, butter, soya, eggs, paneer, black grams, dates, all pulses, rajma, chickpeas, peanuts- jaggery chiki , dry fruit and nuts, fruit like banana, chikoo, grapes, mangi, custard apple will help to increase weight .
