A. hi mam,for Healthy weight gain ,you should give food like paneer sabji , sheera, rab, full cream milk with dry fruits , mix dal paratha,fruits i.e apple, banana , papaya ,pear ,peach ,etc. you can give two or three dates with one tbsp of ghee.
