so please don't take much stress for this
offer homemade healthy and well blanaced diet
it is best to offer multi grain food,nuts ,fresh fruits etc to your child.
as your child grow encourage your child to do more physical activities like cycling stretching etc.
provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day
maintain good hygiene
