#asktheexpert For fever in toddler till what temperature we can wait and give previous prescription by doctor??

A. hi your baby is 3 years old now normal body temperature is around 97 F to 100 F then any body temperature above 100 F can be considered as fever and medicine can be given

A. Hello, your baby girl is 3 years old if she is having a fever upto 100 degrees then don’t give her any medicine but above it give her paracetamol but don’t repeat the antibiotic

A. Hi Mom, If your child is having fever more then 100 degree you can give fever drops as prescribed by your child doctor. Also consult once with your child doctor for proper evaluation and reason for the fever. Make your child to drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration.
