take healthy and well blanaced diet
it is better to take calcium rich food like ragi, nuts, dairy products etc more.
take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day
avoid drinking RO water
don't sit or stand for long period.
take support while sitting and place pillow between your legs while sleeping.
it will help to get relief in pain.
try heating pad ,it can also help.
