#AskTheExpert For 8 month baby can you please suggest the quality food which needs to be feeded ?

A. Hi, Home made food is best. Give dal water veggie water rice water coconut water first and then gradually give suji kheer oats kheer mashed potatoes mashed banana apple puree khichdi daliya seasonal fruits and vegetables soups crambled eggs paneer etc. Give nuts once baby completes 1 year.
