Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 6 yr 4 m old girl4 years agoA. no it is ok. Breast feeding should be exclusive till 6 month of age of baby if possible . If not feasible then only top milk should be given . After 6 month can start wil rice and dal water along with top milk .
