ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear parent, to gain your baby’s weight, give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups. You should give all seasonal fruits, vegetables and green leafy vegetables.
You can give eggs and non veg food. Add powdered nuts like almonds and dry fruits like dates to baby’s diet. At least 500 ml of full cream milk and milk products like curd, paneer. Continue to breastfeed baby.
