Shaista TarannumMom of a 16 yr 7 m old boy4 years agoA. only cold foods right from the fridge, citrus foods, grapes, honey and foods that causes should be avoided. other than that you can give most of the basic foods. avoid cows milk and give only after completion of one year. avoid too much spices.
