A 16 month old can have normal freshly prepared home cooked food which is less spicy and oily
Include 2 fruits per day.
2-3 katori of vegetables Per day
Also add dry fruits, paneee, soya, sprouts, ragi, oats , egg in the daily diet
Give small and frequent meals
Do not force feed the child

The food that is going to be the same as it is of yours how are you are preparing and eating food for yourself that’s a similar for that you have to start giving to the child after the age of 10 months so just stick to the regular diet plans as of now that’s what is going to be fruitfulWrite Your Answer Here
