#AskTheExpert #FitJ my son is of 5 yrs and 2 months old. he is eating all the things except drinking milk and eating sweets. as per his age he is in proper ratio of height and weight. But still due to height he is looking so thin. Other people always say he is looking so thin. what should I do?

Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables cereals protein rich nutritious food
