#AskTheExpert #FitJ My daughter is 2.5 years old. please suggest best food diet. Also pls let me know whether the rice I feed her should be like how adults eat or should be boiled little more.

A. you should give everything that you cook at home as a part of family meals and it should be Wholesome nutritious. give fruits veggies fibre give protein and keep your baby hydrated

A. hi as your child is 2.5 year old, there is no restrictions on food. you can offer all food items which are made for whole family. so you can offer rice as we adults take . try to make your child sit to take meal with whole family because children learn more from imitating their parents.
