for Healthy growth of child, please offer different food items from different food groups like vegetables, fruit, nuts, pulses, beans, dairy products etc.
offer starch rich food like boiled potatoes, sweet potatoes, rice etc to your child for healthy weight gain.
keep your child well hydrated
provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day
maintain good hygiene
