A. Dear ma’am, you can give calorie dense foods like banana peanut milkshake, nuts and dry fruits laddoo, vegetable idli, millet khichdi, multigrain porridge, boiled egg, ghee idli, dal rice with sweet potato etc

A. dear mum, weight of 12.5 kg is absolutely normal for 3.4 years old baby girl. for healthy weight gain, give a balanced diet having variety of food groups. grains and millets - 3 servings pulses legumes/egg non veg: 1-2 servings seasonal vegetables including green leafy vegetables: 1.5 serving fruits - 1 serving milk and milk products 500ml sugar 4 tsp oil 5 tsp control intake of process packaged food
