A. for cough you should use Mamaearth baby breathe rub for kids. it cures...

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. please give paracetamol drops to the baby Cold and cough in the babies are because of viral infections which will take at least five to six days time to subside it is advisable to do steam inhalation frequently to liquefy the secretions as well put nasoclear saline drops in the nose of the baby

Give paracetamol to ur baby if the fever is above 100 F. Repeat the dose after six hours if fever comes again. For cough give indirect steam to ur baby 2-3 times in a day and apply baby rub on the chest and feet of the baby to get relief from cough
