Hi mom Consult with your doctor once for proper medical examination and follow his advice Take your plenty of fluids fruits juice etc Take a good care Take calcium supplements vitamins supplements protein powder Do some light exercise yoga regularly Maintain hydration It will correct soon No need to worry
