#asktheexpert extra protein or any thing which I can give to my 2 year old daughter?

A. Milk- restrict to 500 ml including dairy products. give 3 meals which are substantial including rice, roti , basically cereals, with veggies , dals so proteins are also covered. then snacks should be again healthy comprising of fruits, variety of recipes. easy to munch on. try finger foods too. .

A. Though It is not mandatory still if you want to you can go ahead with protein X it’s a nice supplement that you can be giving to the child if you require to give it to the child otherwise it is not actually mandatory to give anything as such to the child after the age of two years
