A. hi at first , please don't force feed or overfeed your child. keep offering different dishes with different taste and different texture. don't make meal time battel time for your child. tell stories to your child make food presentation attractive for example use carrots beetroot palak etc to make your child food more colorful,it will help to encourage your child to take interest in food. try to make your child sit to take meal with whole family because children learn more from imitating their parents.
