#asktheexpert every month last he suffer cough cold disease becouse of dust alergie...he suffer asthma...now he not obey me even if say dont play out side..doctor please say how to control asthma

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Cold is most of the time because of viral illness and if the child is having recurrent running nose and nasal congestion it may be a part of allergic condition and needs a proper evaluation.
steam inhalatiocn will be very effective.
decongestant medicine like ascoril flu / wikoryl / sinarest can be given.
viral illness could also have associated symptoms lvkike cough and fever which needs treatment accordingly.
