stomach pain may caused by fast eating habit, not chewing food properly , indigestion, overfeeding, force feeding etc
so first maintain proper gap between meal and snacks time
give natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk etc to your child
keep your child well hydrated
make sure your child chew food well
avoid to allow watching TV mobile or any other gadgets especially at meal time.
encourage your child to do more physical activities which will help to make digestion easy.
give two or three mint leaves with pinch of salt,two drops of ginger juice daily in morning.
