Q.

#asktheexpert Epilepsy seizures comes in 3 times. Then we done MRI. MRI report seen in non specific T2/FLAIR hyperintense foci in bilateral subcortical frontal white matter.No evidence of mesial temporal sclerosis. Then what is proper diagnose in my child. I should start medicine. So i m worried about that will the medicine affect my child's development? Plz give me guidence.

A. whenever there is confusion regarding the treatment given by your doctor and if you are not satisfied with the answers you can always take a second opixnion of another doctor of the same field. weather a particular investigation or treatment is proper or not can be confirmed only after taking relevant history and doing propexr examination of the child which will be done by the second doctor.
