ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist2 years agoA. dear for your 7 months old baby give top food 3 times a day variety of homefood like homemade cerelac, kheer, cooked seasonal vegetable puree or add to food like khichdi, vegetable Dal rice. seasonal fruits, curd, paneer. add Ghee to every meal
