Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children1 Year agoA. Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu whegioore most of the time supportive treatment is given.
along with that cough expectorant and decongestant with antiallergic medicine given.
steam inhalation can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 Year agoA. Nebulise your child after consulting the doctor they suggest you to go for any medicines go for medicines otherwise regular saline water is also going to be good to reduce down congestion this is definitely going to be helpful for the child
