Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. walekum assalam please use cheston syrup 2.5 ml 3 times a day Cold and cough in small babies are because of viral infections you have to treat them symptomatically with steam inhalation and saline drops in the nose of the baby e they will subside generally in a week's time

Sinarist 5ML to your child you can give one time in the day or 2.5 ML twice a day depending upon the weight of the child I am suggesting you the dosage you can give this medicine for a minimum three days and if you still feel that the child is not feeling well then you can get a check with your doctor
