Q.

#AskTheExpert Doctor my kid one year and two months old and is always constipated.. her stools are very tight.. and she refuses to eat banana.. all solid foods are given by grinding.. also I feed her one apple every day.. please help

A. give adequate water for the baby to drink Constipation is very common in babies you have to modify the food which is more in fibre like green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits like apple mango papaya banana etc

A. good morning if the child is constipated I would definitely recommend you should avoid giving banana to the child you can try to give things like Jaggery you can give honey with warm water to your baby
