A. Dear parent, do not go by your baby’s appearance. If your baby is active, alert, achieving all growth milestones, passing urine more than 7 times in 24 hours, gaining adequate weight at least 500 grams per month, then it indicates good health. For healthy weight gain, you should exclusively breastfeed your baby till 6 months complete.
