A. After your baby turns one, she needs to have a minimum of 350ml of cow's milk and a maximum of 400ml each day. This will provide her with essential protein, calcium, magnesium and vitamins B12 and B2 (riboflavin). It also has carbohydrates that give your child energy she needs all day.
