DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 14 months old and if he is having dry and rough skin then only you should use any moisturiser otherwise it may cause allergy to his skin

Just apply after bathing and also you can apply in the evening. That means two times in the day is absolutely fine..
