A. watery eyes are normal condition in early age..baby's tear duct may not have fully developed yet. You can remove any sticky liquid or crusting by bathing her eye with cooled boiled water and cotton wool. Do massaging the tear duct area twice or thrice a day. Apply medium pressure with clean index finge r to the part of your baby's eye closest to the nose and massage downward, toward the nose.
