Always give lukewarm water after feeding anything. Include jeera and mint leaf in the food which are natural appetisers.
Instead of giving three big meals you can plan to give five meals in a day with a gap of four hours between each solid feed and minimum of two hours of gap To give any liquid feed like juice, milkshakes, soups.
Since your baby has completed one year you can start giving all type of food which you prepare at home but make sure it is cooked well and soft.
