you will have to drink plenty of water and should have some physical activity.
regular walking will help in in decreasing the constipation.
important to take diet which contains fibre and plenty of water.
if constipation doesn't improve it ccan lead to to piles and bleeding due to its complication
many times constipation medicine is prescribed by the gynecolcogist if the constipation is not improving with dietary modification.

Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy
Consult with your doctor in person for proper physical examination and treatment
Maintain hydration
