#asktheexpert do i need to worry if the baby is under weight according to the weight chart but is active and achieving all milestones?

A. hi as such no need to worry that much. just offer homemade healthy food for Healthy weight gain, offer starch rich food like boiled potatoes, sweet potatoes, rice to your child give energy dense fruits like apple banana papaya etc to your child add dairy products like paneer curd ghee milk etc in your child diet. give Massage to your child daily maintain good hygiene
