#AskTheExpert Do formula fed babies of 6 months need vitamin D supplement. Is it possible to exclusively breastfeed twins

A. Hello mom It depends on your milk production you can exclusively breast feed the babies till the age of 6 months and then from then on alone your feed would not be sufficient for their over all growth , their nutritional demands would also increase, so hence along with your feed weaning foods also have to be introduced
