#AskTheExpert Do Breastfed and Formula fed baby tend to have diarrhea? My baby is 2 months and 15 days and seems to have lot of stomach related issue. Earlier it was gas and last week he had diarrhea which is better now but I'm worried what's causing this constant stomach related problems

Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where fsymptomyatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. Causes are Imbalance of healthy bacteria in the digestive tract. Food allergies or intolerances. Overfeeding, underfeeding or infrequent burping.
