Dry fruits and nuts, peanuts , seseme rich in protein, fibre, improves immunity power.
Fruits and vegetables, cereals rich in minerals, fibre helps in metabolism..
Balanced meal Cereal, millet based/egg as breakfast.
Lunch, dinner - Rice, roti with dal, sabji,hara sabji/paneer/egg/meat with salads, soups.
Dry fruits and nuts , healthy snacks (poha, Sabudana kichdi,makhana, pea nuts/seseme chikki, fruits as evening and mid morning snacks.
