A. Hello dear parent! Gradually start giving your baby 3 large portions, 2 small snacks in a day. Include all food groups in your child’s diet that is staple in the family. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Keep your baby hydrated and physically active all day. Good luck and take care.
