A. this big child can eat allok.You can always try to add health and tasty substitute like whole grain cookies, cakes and. Home made papad etc.patience is very important too.To increase weight you must add high energy foods like eggs paneer , soya , ghee in rice , khichdi etc.this will boost him ok.

A. Hi You should stick to the similar kind of food that is being prepared at home by you every day for your own family that’s the only way you should stick to it because there is no specific diet plan for the child at the age of 2 to 3 years
